Diamond Gem and Pearl Show Hong Kong

The HKTDC Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show returns in March 2026 at the AsiaWorld Expo in Hong Kong. The theme for this year’s show is “Fusion of Dazzling Beauty”, which is very apt, given that the show is one of the most extensive global jewellery sourcing events of the year. The show will run from 2-6 March 2026.

This premier jewellery trade show will bring under one roof buyers, designers, gemmologists, jewellery brands and other industry professionals from across the world to source the finest diamonds, coloured gemstones and pearls from reputable exhibitors and suppliers. In addition, they will also be discovering the latest trends in gems and jewellery that will shape the global jewellery industry for the year to come.

As part of HKTDC’s “Two Shows, Two Venues” format, the Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show will run alongside the HKTDC International Jewellery Show (4-8 March 2026), allowing attendees to concurrently source both jewellery raw materials as well as finished pieces.

What to Expect at the HKTDC Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show

The Hong Kong Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show is an immersive platform for registered attendees to gain access to global supply chains, international suppliers of jewellery raw materials and the international jewellery market.

With separate halls dedicated to natural diamonds, natural gemstones, pearls, laboratory-grown diamonds and synthetic gemstones, in-person buyers can easily find what they are looking for.

This year the show is offering the E+ Premier Club to an exclusive group of leading buyers from the global jewellery community. This club offers attendees many benefits including discounts on airfare and hotel accommodations, complimentary business matching services, customized tours to targeted exhibitors, important networking opportunities, as well as personalized support.

However, only listed companies, C-Suite level companies and buyers who have visited the HKTDC Twin Jewellery Shows for four consecutive years from 2018 to 2025 are eligible to apply to this club.

The show is also open to buyers who cannot attend in person.

Just like in previous years, this year the show will follow HKTDC’s EXHIBITION+ hybrid model where buyers can attend the show in person as well as virtually through the Click2Match online business-matching platform (scheduled to run from February 23 to March 13, 2026). This online show interface allows both buyers and exhibitors to easily and conveniently conduct business, beyond the physical show floor.

Fusion of Dazzling Beauty

With the theme “Fusion of Dazzling Beauty,” the Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show 2026 promises to offer top-quality jewellery and gem materials.

Within the diamond category, buyers will be able to source white to fancy-coloured natural diamonds, including certified and rare stones.

Similarly, gemstone connoisseurs will find a wide spectrum of natural gemstones, including premium rubies, emeralds and sapphires as well as other gems such as tourmalines, spinels, turquoise, coral and Alexandrites, to name a few.

For pearl lovers, the show is a must-attend because it offers such a vast array of cultured pearls, both saltwater and freshwater, from all the major pearl-producing regions of the world. In addition, it is also a good venue for sourcing natural pearls, including much-coveted pink conch pearls, clam pearls as well as the very rare melo pearls.

The show is also perfect for sourcing jewellery materials such as mountings, beads and innovative jewellery manufacturing tools. In addition, buyers looking for lab-grown diamonds and synthetic gemstones are easily able to find the right suppliers for their jewellery requirements.

From an exhibitor’s perspective, the show presents an ideal opportunity to meet buyers and prospects from all over the world. For instance, in 2025 the show attracted over 31,000 buyers from 125 countries and regions, including Japan, Thailand, Mainland China, the United States, Taiwan, the Middle East and Canada, underscoring the global reach it offers exhibitors to showcase their gems and jewellery materials.

Trends, Seminars, Jewellery Parades and Networking

Aside from the buzz of activity on the show floors, the show also has a comprehensive programme of expert-led seminars, talks, and market forecasts. Relevant and important topics such as sustainability, consumer trends and the scientific identification of gems, are among the subjects that are discussed. Thus, the programme helps visitors and exhibitors stay ahead of the market and understand emerging buyer preferences.

The show also organizes jewellery parades where models wear the pieces from leading exhibitors, giving attendees an idea of the direction the global jewellery industry is taking, both in terms of choice of gems and precious metals as well as designs.

Dedicated networking events, organized by the show, are also important opportunities for buyers and exhibitors to connect and set the foundation for long-term partnerships.
